Winton // Tipi Wedding on the Family Farm

Emily & Cam’s incredible tipi wedding on the family property in Winton!

It was a super muggy and hot day, but the bridal party were all keepin in cool and chilled for a very relaxed morning getting ready. Once Em had her gown on she did a first look with Dad and then the bridesmaids. They had some really nice cars to arrive at the wedding in style!

Cam got ready with the guys and the couples dog Doug! He also wore a little bow tie. The set up was amazing with the tipis, caravan bar, photobooth, festoon lighting and bar chairs + tables. I feel like it’s always such a festival vibe, especially when the sun is shining!

The ceremony was held on the lawn in front of the house. The cars made a dramatic entrance before everyone walked down the aisle and beautiful vows and reading were shared. Emily & Cam walked out to a shower of confetti with beaming smiles! 🥳

We went off site for photos, first to a neighbours farm who had a big tree lane. This was SO needed for a bit of shade. I have seen many modes of transport on a wedding day, but being lifted into a hay barn by a tractor was a first!

Meanwhile the bridal party found an old fairground ride and had fun spinning around until it got a bit much and everyone was looking a little green around the gills haha. We finished up with a bit of a drive in the cars and photos down by the river.

Then it was party time! The sky opened up with torrential rain, but the tipis were cosy. The reception was a riot from start to finish, with some solid jokes, speeches and games. Just before dinner the put out a bench and had each table pose for a photo which was heaps of fun!

The band kicked off and they partied the night away. What a fab day team! ❤️ Congratulations Mr & Mrs Grubb!
