Jamie & Joe got a beautiful afternoon for their wedding at the Hideaway on Friday!
They both had pretty relaxed mornings getting ready with their bridal parties. Jamie & the girls cracked out a bottle of Fireball & had a few cheeky shots before getting into their outfits. Both Joe & Jamie’s Dad have passed away and each had a little nod to them - Joe with his Dad on cuff links & Jamie with her Dad on jewellery on her flowers.
They got married on the lawn on from of the marquee surrounded by friends and family. It’s so good to see these big weddings happening again!
We snuck away to the gardens of the Hideaway to do some family photos with the kids, Harry & Mac. Then off to a nearby farm for photos with the bridal party! They had so many laughs - a really fun group of friends to be with them on the day.
The reception looked amazing in the marquee. There was a remembrance table set up with photos of loved ones and a bottle of whiskey so people could go up and have a drink with them.
During speeches, Joe’s Mum had his son Harry present the couple with a sword engraved with their wedding details. At McRae family tradition. Then we whipped out to catch some golden hour goodness before they hit the dance floor and partied the night away.
Congratulations Mr & Mrs McRae! 🥂
