Queenstown // Heritage Hotel & Mountain Wedding

Jordan & Ashleigh’s wedding day finally came around after postponing with covid last year! It was a bummer with the bubble on hold as grandparents & Jordan's best man are in Australia, so they had to watch on livestream instead.

It was a real winter theme and the weather looked like it was going to come to the party with rain, hail & snow 🥶

They really wanted to have the ceremony on the balcony at the Heritage with the amazing views. It was all set up with an arch and decorations that Ashleigh had made (she also made & dried all of their bouquets & reception decorations!). Walking in hot chocolate and mulled wine was served, blankets put out on chairs and the clouds parted for stunning views!

It was so cool to see Jordan standing up the front with his Dad (who was their celebrant) and his groomsmen, watching his beautiful wife to be walking down the aisle.

They had a heartfelt ceremony and walked out husband and wife, showered in dried flowers.

The adventure continued with a heli flight to find some snow - its was FREEZING ☃️ so that only lasted a few minutes before being whipped off to a gorgeous lookout with their crew as the sun was going down.

The reception was filled with good speeches, laughter, great food and a full dance floor! It was one heck of a good time.

Congratulations Mr & Mrs Soper! 🥂
